How do I enroll in a course?

Choose a course, follow the payment instructions, and upload your payment confirmation if required. Your enrollment will be approved after verification.

When can I access the course?

Course access is granted after your enrollment is approved.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes. Courses are designed to be flexible so you can learn anytime based on your schedule.

Can I submit assignments?

Some courses include assignments. You can submit them through the platform where available.

Can I message the teacher directly?

Learning features depend on the course and platform capabilities. Available interaction options may vary.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not currently supported unless explicitly stated.

Guidance for institutions creating courses on Sakar.

How do I create a course?

Log in to the school dashboard and use the course creation tools to upload videos, set pricing, and manage content.

How do I earn from my courses?

Earnings depend on how learners enroll: Sales through your own referral lead to a higher revenue share, while platform-led sales are shared. Full details are in the Instructor Terms.

When do payouts happen?

Earnings are calculated monthly. Payouts are typically processed between the 1st and 5th of each month.

How are payments handled during beta?

Payments and payouts may be handled manually while we continue improving automated systems.

What information do I need to receive payouts?

You may be asked to provide bank or payout details before payments are processed.

Information for influencers in our Creator Program.

How does the Creator Program work?

Creators share referral links to courses. When a learner enrolls through your link, you earn a commission.

How is revenue shared?

For creator-referred sales, the Creator earns 10%, the School earns 50%, and Sakar earns 40%.

When do creators get paid?

Creator earnings are calculated monthly and paid manually during beta.

Can I promote any course?

Only approved courses may be promoted. Misleading promotion is not allowed.
